Don’t get me wrong, they provide plenty of stats and you can spend the extra bucks and have them design a custom email template for you, but all in all, Selectmailer is about simplicity and ease of use. If your interested in things like A/B split testing and segmentation, I would look somewhere else. If you want to keep it simple, take a closer look.
